RETURNS POLICY

 RETURN FOR REFUND:

You can return your good(s) within 14 days of your item being delivered. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Item(s) must be unused brand new condition ( If returned items show signs of wear they will be denied and sent back.) 

If you have received free UK delivery - Your refund will be processed excluding a small handling fee of £3.49 which covers postage and packaging. For example if your order was £30 you will receive £26.51 refund. 

The customer is responsible for returning their order. We recommend using a tracked service - we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in the post on the way back to us.

Sale items are non refundable and non returnable. If sale items are returned to us they will be denied and shipped back.

EXCHANGE: 

Exchange means swapping your item for another item of the same value or of a different size

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your good(s) being delivered. Policy remains the same as returns. 

WARRANTY:

Damaged Items: Most items are covered by warranty. To check if your purchase qualifies for our warranty please get in touch.
