WHAT DOES DREAMY LONDON'S WARRANTY COVER?

  • Missing stone(s)
  • Missing pearls / clover faces
  • Chain breakage
  • Clasp breakage
  • Manufacturing fault (for example clasp not closing properly)

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Lost or stolen goods
  • Scratches
  • General wear & tear
  • Clearance items
  • "Imperfect Collection" items
  • Watch Battery Depletion
  • Loss of plating colour
  • Free Gifts

We do not cover scratches unless the item arrives like it. If your item arrives with scratches, you need to report it to us within 7 working days of receiving. Otherwise it will NOT be covered.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

The warranty period for Dreamy London jewellery is two(2) years from the date of purchase.

Please note: orders placed before 01.06.23 are not covered by warranty.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

Once you've filled in a Faulty Product Form (below) we will get back to you within 48h with a solution. The solution will be either a replacement of an identical product, a replacement of a similar product or store credit.
